There was a girl, her ice cream maker, a husband obsessed with eating ice cream, and a chance for both of them to figure out what they wanted to do when they grew up. Erika Thomas and her husband are still trying to figure out the growing up process, but along the way, they’ve realized their passion for ice cream, amazing ingredients, and great customer service. Ice cream can be sweet, it can be savory, but it must always be delicious.

She has spent years in the culinary world and in the test kitchen developing the flavors that create the foundation of our menu. And she continues to dream up new ones. He leverages his business background to develop a sustainable growth strategy for the enterprise. And he sometimes cleans the bathrooms.
